The CCNM is right across the bridge from North York General Hospital.

We are located at the southwest corner of Sheppard and Leslie Street, off of Old Leslie Street at 1255 Sheppard Avenue East.

We are right at the exit of the Leslie Street Subway stop on the Sheppard line at Leslie Street.

Please note: Stroller access is limited to the loading dock for now, but there are ramps inside.

Clinic visits are by appointment only and we prefer if you get a referral for the baby from your doctor or midwife but, if necessary, we will take you without the referal.
